From Actress to Pilates Pro!

I was always very aware of my posture on screen – whether acting in dramas or spinning around the dance floor on Strictly Come Dancing. But here’s the thing… all those hours in the gym in my 20s and early 30s didn’t fix it. In fact, they actually made things worse.

Muscle aches, joint pain, and feeling stiffer than I should have.

Turns out I had a few things going on: different-length legs, scoliosis, and a twisted pelvis (cheers, body!). That’s when I discovered Pilates – and everything changed.

Pilates completely transformed how I move, how I exercise, and honestly? My life. Stronger, more mobile, and finally pain-free(ish)… and that’s exactly what I want for you too.
