Refund and Dispute Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality experience through our live exercise streams and pre-recorded courses. If you are not satisfied or encounter any issues, please review our policy below and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Live Stream Classes

  • Eligibility: If you are unable to attend a scheduled live stream class due to technical issues or circumstances beyond your control, you may request a refund.
  • On-Demand Access: Live streams are available for on-demand playback for three (3) days after the initial stream. If you are unable to access the playback due to technical issues on our platform, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • How to Request: Refund requests for live stream classes must be made within seven (7) days of the scheduled class date.

2. Pre-Recorded Courses

  • Eligibility: You may request a refund for a pre-recorded course within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
  • Access Terms: Each pre-recorded course purchase provides timed access (e.g., one year). Refunds will not be issued once significant content has been accessed or after fourteen (14) days from purchase, whichever comes first.
  • Technical Issues: If you are unable to access your purchased course due to technical problems on our platform, please contact us for assistance or a refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with your order details, the reason for your request, and any relevant information. We will review your request in accordance with this policy and UK consumer law.


Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern, complaint, or dispute regarding your purchase, please contact our support team as follows:

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all inquiries within three (3) business days.
  • Escalation: If your issue remains unresolved, you may request that your concern be escalated to our CEO for further review.

Additional Notes

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
  • Access and delivery of both live streams and pre-recorded content rely on third-party technology; if outages or errors on our side prevent access, you are entitled to a refund in line with the terms above.
  • We reserve the right to update this policy to remain compliant with legal requirements or improve our services.
