I’m in better shape at 50!



At 50, I’m genuinely in better shape than I was in my 20s and 30s – even back when I was appearing in “lads’ mags” like FHM’s Top 100 Women (number 53, I’ll have you know 😉).
The difference now? My muscles are balanced, I move better, and I’m in far less pain. And that hasn’t come from punishing workouts or chasing aesthetics – it’s come from truly understanding alignment, posture, and how the body is meant to move.
